Dan Hamilton

Dan Hamilton has held a broker’s license since 1989, and has had several years’ experience as a full time Real Estate Company Owner.  During this time, he has earned a reputation for integrity, both with his peers and with his clients.
He purchased his first office in Azle, Texas when it was Number 46 out of the 48 Century 21 Firms in the Region.  Within one year Century 21, Main St. Azle was recognized as a Top-Ten Office.  He also bought Century 21, Main St. in Burleson, Texas.  Within one year it was recognized as the Number 4 real estate office in the Region.  This office went on to receive the coveted Quality Service Award for Outstanding Customer Service.  He then started Century 21, Main St. Southwest in Fort Worth, Texas.  This office recognized as one of the fastest growing, diversified companies in the System.
Dan Hamilton developed the Hamilton Real Estate Education School.  This school helped numerous real estate professionals obtain and maintain their real estate education for their real estate career.  He is a certified lead trainer for Licensure and Renewal, Certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach all CORE courses.  He has logged over 23,000 hours teaching Real Estate SAE Courses and over 7,000 hours in Real Estate MCE courses.
He is the co - author of a textbook on Real Estate Agency Law that was approved for use by the Texas Real Estate Commission in Mandatory Continuing Education Classes.  He is the sole author of the Real Estate Marketing and Sales Essentials: Steps For Success book.  Approved for 60 hours “Salespersons Annual Education” credit by TREC and has been adopted by Cengage Publishing and is currently distributed internationally.  He is the sole author of the Real Estate Brokerage – A Guide to Success book.  Has been adopted by Cengage Publishing and is currently distributed internationally.  He is the sole author of the Perfect Phrases for Real Estate Agents & Brokers book (2008).  This book was commissioned by McGraw Hill Publishing and can be found on bookshelves across the world.  This book provides the script that is to be used for sales people throughout all industries with an emphasis on real estate.  He is also the sole author of the Texas Real Estate Law book (2012).  Approved for 30 hours “SAE” credit by TREC and has been adopted by Ashley Crown Systems publishing and is exclusively sold through Allied Business Schools, Inc.  This book is the most comprehensive book that deals with laws and regulations in Texas that affect the real estate industry.
He is the President/Founder of InveSTAR’s real estate investment group and member of Business Administration Advisory Committee for Tarrant County College District. He has been the guest speaker for many meetings and conventions including the Texas Association of Realtors as well as serving on the Education Committee for multiple Associations.  He has the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Instructor Training Institute (ITI) and Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designations.  He served on the board of the national Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).  He was the 2011 President of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA).
The Texas Association of Realtors recognized Dan Hamilton for his Risk Management Series as the Most Innovative Local Association Education Program.  The Risk Management Series was outlined by small and large brokerage offices to give real estate professionals tips and techniques to manage risks.
Dan Hamilton is currently Texas Agency Rep with Alliant National Title, pursuing his talents in teaching and writing.  Mr. Hamilton is relentless in his pursuit of knowledge in real estate as well as communicating that knowledge to others.  Mr. Hamilton has the courage to take on the tough subjects and make them understandable.  He believes in the individual and believes everyone can make it if they follow their passions.
